Three bidders for ice cream cottage spoke early on to mike....somehow i am trying to get in touch with them because its either sell now or open for season. these bidders will need to increase their bids but i will meet them in the middle.

Now that college & highschool has begun back in full swing the hours of the cottage will be determined by Kims nursing schdule. ( i cant work 2 places at once)

We r trying to be available from lime 2p-8p durning the week as much as possible
And depending on any local hwlp we can get longer hours on weekends!
Unless business picks WAY WAY UPKim still needs to work for health insurance. So sorry this is how it will be for the next month or so.

Well July, so far has been a literal WASH OUT! The weather has not been on our side. We hope the rainy cold weather is behind us.
