We just wanted to give a shout out to everyone who braved the wild wind over the weekend to join us at Boylan Farms on the Maple Taste and Tour!

If you ordered food from us, we hope you enjoyed it!

We are always glad to serve you and love to see faces at the window both new and returning. We are grateful for the busy weekend, but apologize to those who we didn’t get to chat with longer.

Come & spend time visiting with us & learning about maple! We are a semi modern operation using vacuum on approximately 1600 taps. We use a 3x8 woodfired evaporator with the sap coming directly into our sugar house by gravity & vacuum. We also use a reverse osmosis machine that removes alot of the water from the sap saving us a tremendous amount of time boiling in the sugar house!! Returning this year is Clifford's Hot Dog House to be available for lunch with some maple enhanced food items as well as their usual menu. Our "Little Saplings Corner", as usual, will have a craft for the kids. We'll have free samples, syrup for sale & our usual confections & maple products as well as a drawing for a gift basket! Come join us, we'd love to see you!
