YIAMAS Authentic Greek Grill: Honoring tradition with live-fire cooking and heartfelt hospitality, right here in your neighborhood. Our Story
Owning a traditional Greek souvlaki shop has been a lifelong dream, shaped by summers spent traveling to Greece and falling in love with its food and culture. Both of our families have a long history in the restaurant world, and we’re proud to continue that legacy in the community we call home. Live-Fire Greek Cooking
Our meat is cooked over a live fire with charcoal and wood, bringing the smoky, rustic flavors you’d find at a true Greek souvlaki stand. From the first sizzle on the grill to the last bite, we want to be known for that unmistakable live-fire taste. From Our Kitchen, From Our Community
Every seasoning, sauce, and side is made in-house, using locally sourced meats and produce from partners in our area. From locally sourced ingredients to recipes handed down through generations, we’re putting our hearts into every detail so that you feel seen, welcomed, and appreciated the moment you step in. Rooted In The Neighborhood
We live in the area, and our family has had businesses in this same community for many years, so serving you feels like serving our own neighbors. We’re focused on giving you an unforgettable experience every time you walk through the door.
