Well they found my SUV I have not gotten it yet after being found I ended up in the hospital for 5 days With West Nile or Meningitis not sure with one yet will have final results Monday so I am on the mend and just wanted to update you on my Car I will get my car on Monday

Well as most of you know the Coffee garden has been closed this year started off really bad the loss of my good friend Jim O'Hare I miss him he was someone I talk to daily and on a regular basis about anything and it hit me really hard because he was there every day so we have been closed for few weeks now I myself had nothing to do with closing it my ex closed it as I was laid up in bed with a bad knee also I have been fighting the BOE over a audit I do have a lawyer now who is working on that part of it and yes there has been a lot of turn over with employees because of the BOE taking money they have me on a catch 22 they want me to pay for this audit I the amount of 44,000 dollars this is money they said I should have collected or three-year period they also want me to prepaid my taxes well if I can't pay the $44,000 on a payment plan and pre pay the taxes it goes back into collections is just no way I can do it I've had checks bounce employee checks bounce I've lost employees because of it I have lost some great employees because of it I have made mistake I am not prefect but this is out of my control I recently left my partner of 27 year last Feb one of the reasons he said he did like my shop that I had worked at for 10 years I have tried to make a place where everyone is welcome as long as they do not discriminate against others I do not make a lot of money all the extra money go back into my business I work at nights to expand it because ours that we are open give me a few hours each night to work before we open again that's when we'll see you don't see me doing the daytime this has been a labor of love it not for the money as you can see I drive a 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser also I don't to make my ex the bad person out of this it's just that we don't agree on things mainly when he comes to money but everything we have we have built together I will do everything in my powers to be at the coffee shop because that's what I do I wouldn't mind having a couple partners so I'm not the only one running it but that another story as you know I had a bad knee it's doing better I just want to squash the rumors about the shop and I'd like to thank all the wishes and get Wells and get open from everyone my phone is turned off right now hopefully I'll have a back on soon I will keep you all informed about what is going on it's kind of a blessing in disguise's because now I can finish work that need to be done without working at night and I promise when we do open we will have the best service the best food that we possibly can give you give you my word I miss all of my customers you have become part of the Coffee Garden Family weather you like it or not thanks for being there for me you do not know how much it means to me more than you can Ever Know
