Pistachio Semifreddo

Semifreddo is a traditional Italian frozen dessert with a light, airy texture similar to a frozen mousse.

This dish is doing so well at our secondary location, Adamos Main St that we had to bring it to Sacramento!

We import them from our family winery Tenuta Adamo Winery . Our winery is located in the Western region of Tuscany, thirty minutes from Pisa. If you find yourself in Italy pop in for a tour and tasting, or make it your destination and stay on-site in one of the vacation rentals at the winery.
