The Staple Mini Tote: A bag of your favorite Temple coffee, a brewer and filters, a notebook, or a few things picked up on the way home. Toss it in the car for a weekend trip, bring it along for your morning café run, or use it as your everyday grab-and-go bag.

Crafted from durable heavyweight canvas, it takes the utility of a classic tote and scales it down into a compact, easy-to-carry size.

Coffee Temperature and Flavor
Friday, October 2nd | 1PM to 2PM

How often have you ever brewed a hot pot of coffee and noticed that your second or third cup tastes a little different? Maybe it tastes more muted, or perhaps brighter, than it did when it was hot. Whether you’re a hot coffee purist or an iced coffee aficionado, this class will explore how we taste coffee and how drinking temperature can affect our perception of flavor.

Water Quality
Friday, October 16th | 1PM to 2PM

Have you ever wondered why your coffee tastes different at home than it does at Temple? The water you’re using could be one of the key reasons. Coffee is more than 98% water, yet water is often one of the most overlooked components of brewing. Come learn about water’s impact on coffee and taste side-by-side how different types of water can change the flavor in your cup.
