Richard March is a Sacramento area based songwriter and bandleader. Born is SF, and raised in the west bay, he moved to Sacramento in 2001. March’s Bay Area upbringing is indelibly etched in his evocative lyrics, and his storyteller songwriting. His breezy roots-based musicality recalls the image rich storytelling tradition of Bruce Springsteen ,Patti Griffin, Paul Simon, and Jackson Brown.
