🇵🇪 A SHARED SOURCE OF PRIDE 🇺🇸 We are incredibly proud to announce that our Chef, Giancarlo Zapata of CHICHA Peruvian Kitchen, will be part of the Lead Chef team for the Tower Bridge Dinner 2026—one of Sacramento’s premier culinary events. This year, we have the honor of opening the dinner with the first course, bringing a dish to the table that embodies our Peruvian roots, our evolution, and California’s finest produce: Albacore Tuna Tataki Quinoa and sesame crust · *rocoto* pepper *leche de tigre* and confit red peppers · fresh cucumber *chalaca* · cilantro oil. Being part of this dinner is a source of pride for the entire CHICHA family; it is also an opportunity to represent the Peruvian and Hispanic communities and demonstrate that our culture, cuisine, and stories belong at Sacramento’s most prestigious tables. Thank you to our team, our customers, and everyone who has supported CHICHA over the years. This achievement belongs to you, too. We want the experience to continue: after the Tower Bridge Dinner 2026, you can visit CHICHA to taste our version of this dish—inspired by the one that will kick off that spectacular evening. From Peru to California. From our kitchen to the Tower Bridge. 🇵🇪🇺🇸 CHICHA Peruvian Kitchen Peruvian cuisine rooted in tradition & cultural evolution.
