We service the Greater Sacramento area. All our meats are grass-fed, pasture-raised, humanely treated Halal hs certified. We choose our meats because they are the best quality and because we can service more communities. We do not serve pork of any kind. Some of our specialties include 18-hour smoked Shredded Brisket, Slow-smoked tender Tri-Tip and Crescent smoked leg quarters and whole chickens.
