Say hello to the Colombia Peñas Blancas, our latest roast coming to the cafe today. ☀️⛱️

This project was launched by two young producers Néstor Lasso and Jhoan Vergara to uplift and create resources for their communities. We love when a collaboration between 2 comes out twice as tasty. ✨

🥝🍏🍊 The Huila Colombia is a fitting coffee for summer with notes of dried kiwi, nectarine rings, and green apple.

We normally let this kind of stuff go, but this one deserves a little spotlight.

Over the last few months, a guy named Miguel Leon / Lopez (or whatever last name he’s using that day) has been ordering through our online system, picking up his food and drinks, then filing chargebacks saying he never got anything.

And before people ask, yes, we have footage of him literally coming in and picking up the orders.

For anyone unfamiliar with how this works, the credit card companies almost always side with the customer. So even with footage of him walking in and grabbing the orders, we still usually lose the disputes. Super fun system for small businesses.

Anyway, just wanted to give our friends and other local businesses a heads up in case this guy tries pulling the same thing somewhere else.

If you know him, tell him everyone at Camellia thinks he’s a loser
