Spring may be behind us, but the way we think about food never changes. Chef Gio Gio Sarmiento on our delta asparagus crepe, his favorite spring flavor pairings, and how a menu and experience actually come together at the kitchen.

Thank you to Jason Elam who came to one of our demonstration dinners with his wife, got talking with Gio mid-course about how we build our menus, and came back with a camera to dig in further. We loved having you back in the kitchen, and we can’t wait to have you again.
