With regenerative organic farming methods passed down for generations, they honor Pachamama, our mother earth, in the Quechua language of Peru.

"The thing I love about pour-over is not that it's precise. The thing I love about it is it's something I get to do. You know, it's like I grind the coffee, I put it there. It's my little moment. It's like a little meditative ritual."

Peter Giuliano is the Chief Research Officer for the Specialty Coffee Association and Executive Director of the Coffee Science Foundation — a former barista and specialty coffee shop owner turned leading coffee scientist. And even he will tell you the best part of brewing is the ritual, not the recipe. ☕

In this episode of Ologies, Peter and Alie discuss everything from the science of coffee, brewing methods, and how to ethically source the best beans. Listen up at about 50 minutes for a special mention of Pachamama! 🌍

NEW! Half-Caff from México 🦊🌵

It’s a medium roast with notes of honey, almond, and chocolate. The finish is bright with a sweetness of starfruit and agave.

What makes it different from other half caff coffee beans?

📍Single-origin: both the caffeinated and decaf portions come from the same region in México

💧Mountain Water Process: a 100% chemical-free decaf method that preserves natural flavor

🌱 USDA Certified Organic: grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers

🧑🏾‍🌾 Farmer-owned: Pachamama is a cooperative owned by the growers themselves

Perfect for afternoons. For second cups. For the people in your life who love great coffee but don’t want the coffee.

(Also: look at that fox.)

Our Spring 2026 menu is here and we're obsessed.

Here's the lineup:

🌹 Cardamom Rose Latte: perfumey rose meets grounding cardamom for the most romantic cup of the season.

💜 Lavender Latte: floral, gentle, and everything you need right now. Hot or iced.

🫒 Olive Oil Latte: Locally-sourced extra-virgin olive oil + espresso + steamed milk = the silkiest, nuttiest sip you didn't know you needed.

🍌 Banana Matcha: topped with sweet cream and a banana chip... smooth, tropical, and endlessly delicious.

🍓 Strawberry Matcha: fresh strawberry + ceremonial-grade matcha + cream cold foam = pure magic.

🌿 Pandan Matcha: earthy matcha with subtle vanilla-coconut notes & topped with sweet cold foam. Surprisingly indulgent.

P.S. You can now enjoy Double Matcha Cold Foam or Sweet Cream Cold Foam added on any iced beverage... it's like sipping on a spring cloud.

This month, we are roasting the fresh crop from PRODECOOP in Nicaragua. These photos come directly from the farmers, offering a firsthand view of the harvest.

Pachamama farmer-owners have carefully selected coffee cherries at peak ripeness and delivered them to the cooperative for drying and processing.

In the cup, Nicaragua offers a bright and balanced profile with notes of chocolate and citrus.

NEW COFFEE 🇪🇹 We’re proud to introduce Ethiopia Black Lion, a new coffee created in collaboration with the Pachamama members of the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union.

This coffee began with a direct request from the farmers: “We always roast our coffee dark — could you make it the way we drink it here in Ethiopia?” The answer was yes.

Black Lion is a bold, full-bodied blend of Yirgacheffe and Sidama Natural single-origin coffees, roasted deep and aromatic in the tradition of Ethiopia’s daily coffee ceremony.

In the cup, you’ll find notes of blackberry, honeyed sweetness, and a smooth chocolate finish. The dark roast builds richness and body while keeping balance and clarity.

Certified Organic and shade-grown, Ethiopia Black Lion ensures that every purchase directly supports the farming communities who cultivate it. Experience Ethiopian coffee as the farmers enjoy it at home, with their families, celebrating their traditions.

Pachamama is now Regenerative Organic Certified® 💚

We are proud to announce that two of our flagship coffees — Perú and Machu Picchu — are now Regenerative Organic Certified®. This certification reflects the work of COCLA in Perú, a farmer-owned cooperative in the Cusco region and one of Pachamama Coffee’s founding members.

The Regenerative Organic Certified® designation, overseen by the nonprofit Regenerative Organic Alliance, recognizes agricultural practices that restore soil health, strengthen ecosystems, and support farmer livelihoods.
