We love this ramen recipe from .roggow using her Trifecta! Save for meal prep ideas!

Ingredient list and notes ⬇️

3 tsp sesame oil
4 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger
2 lbs pulled pork
4 cups bone broth
4 cups water
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice w**e or rice seasoning
1 tbsp brown sugar red pepper flakes as needed
1 bokchoy bunch finely chopped ~3/4 cup shredded carrots
~3/4 cup baby bella mushrooms
7-8 oz (210g) ramen noodles
1 egg

Notes:

1) Can use ANY protein you would like: pork, chicken, or beef. Shredded meat works best but can also use cubbed or ground. The meat I used was already cooked, so I just had to make sure it was flavored well, if you use raw meat the time for this dish will be increased.

2) I add 3 cups (bone broth and water each) first, and add the last cup of each later on if needed (just keep the ratio even!)

3) You could even use a bone broth protein powder (heat the water before you mix the powder in) as a broth substitute.

4) I like using these veggies because my family enjoys them, you can use whatever you like!

5) If making this for a family, soft boil 6-10 eggs at a time (its 8-min in my egg cooker) while the soup is simmering

6) This took 30-35 min from start to finish (while filming!) so once you have all the ingredients, this is SUPER quick, especially with pre-cooked protein.

Animal vs Plant Protein (per 100 grams) 🥦🍗🥩

No matter what diet you are on, protein is important! So we gave a breakdown of both animal proteins and vegan proteins per 100 grams! (Disclaimer: this does not list carbs or fats, so understand most animal proteins will have fat and most plant based proteins will have carbs and fat)

Screenshot these for when you’re on the go and need to hit your protein intake!

“When I diet I am all or nothing” “My cheat meals often turn into cheat days or weeks”

The whole all or nothing approach to dieting isn’t new. It has been endorsed by diet after diet - that to see results you have to stick to the strict rules with no end in sight.

This approach often fails because it doesn’t create a sustainable, balanced lifestyle. And, it often creates a ‘yo-yo’ effect where you diet harder and cheat harder.

This is where the 80/20 rule comes into play. 80% of your diet should be primarily “whole food” based (lean proteins, vegetables, complex carbs, healthy fats). The other 20% can be ‘treat’ foods you enjoy in moderation.

The key to dieting is to find something that works best for you and your lifestyle. Calories in vs calories out is still the #1 priority for weight loss .

HEALTHY Sticky Orange Chicken! 🍊🐔

Serves 4
410 calories
31g Protein
41g Carbs
10g Fat

Time: 35 minutes

Recipe
- 16 oz diced grilled chicken breast
- Garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup arrowroot powder, for chicken
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot powder mixed with 2 Tbsp water, for sauce
- 6 fluid oz orange juice
- 1/4 light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple c***r vinegar
- 2 tsp garlic, fresh, minced
- 2 tsp ginger powder
- Chili flakes

Serve with:
2 cups White Rice (1/2 cup per plate)
2 cups Roasted Broccoli

Instructions:
1. Start by dicing your chicken breast into cubes, and seasoning them evenly with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Once you get all of the chicken evenly seasoned, add your arrowroot powder, and mix/shake again. Remove excess.

2. Turn your pan on medium heat with some avocado oil, and place your chicken pieces on the pan to cook. You want the chicken to have a golden brown crisp, so make sure you have enough arrowroot powder coated on them!

3. To make the Orange sticky sauce, heat a pan to medium heat and add orange juice, soy sauce, honey, apple c***r vinegar, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Wait for everything to mix together, then add in your arrowroot powder slurry and bring to a boil while mixing often. The heat will help thicken the sauce to that sticky desired style. Add the slurry slowly to avoid excessive thickening of the sauce.

4. Mix your chicken into your sauce and plate it with some white sticky rice, broccoli and enjoy!

5 hard truths why you aren’t losing weight ⬇️

1️⃣ You’re eating more than you think. (Small “extras” add up fast - bites, sips, and weekends count too.)

2️⃣ You’re inconsistent. (You can’t outwork 2–3 off-plan days every week.)

3️⃣ You rely on motivation instead of habits. (Motivation fades. Systems don’t.)

4️⃣ You’re not prioritizing protein or whole foods. (If it doesn’t keep you full, it’s working against you.)

5️⃣ You’re avoiding discomfort. (Fat loss requires saying no, planning ahead, and choosing the harder option… often.)

Nothing changes until you’re honest about what’s actually happening. Choose your hard.
