Every six weeks, Localis transforms. Two weeks ago, somewhere between Saturday’s last course and Wednesday’s first, a new menu came to life.
The market in the morning, the kitchen all afternoon, two days of cooking, trying and adjusting, Tuesday night a room full of our team eating it all together. And then Wednesday. New menu, new story, 10 more interesting people.
