The first time you walk into V’s Paradise, you can feel that it’s not a “new restaurant” that popped up overnight — it’s something Sacramento’s been missing.

It’s in the old Frank Fat’s building, and you can still feel that history in the walls… but the moment you step inside, it’s been completely transformed. Same iconic location, but now it feels modern, elevated, and alive — like you’re walking into a real night out, not just a table reservation.

Then the food comes in, and this is where it gets serious. The Josper grill is doing what it’s supposed to do — that deep flavor, that perfect char, that smoky finish you can’t replicate on a normal line.
