Starting on Saturday, February 7th, we will be opening at 7:30 am on the weekends ONLY!

Our new hours of operation will look like this:
Monday-Friday 9am-2pm
Saturday & Sunday 7:30-2pm

🎉 Under New Ownership! 🎉

Rivers Edge Cafe is now under the ownership of two long-time employees!

Ashton and Juan(not pictured) have been with us for 12 and 15+ years, respectively!

Ashton has over 15 years in the restaurant industry and has been the face of the Café for many years now. He is the man most of you have become accustomed to seeing when you walk through the doors. He first came to us from Hawai'i in 2014 as a dishwasher. He quickly moved through the ranks of the kitchen and became General Manager in 2020.

Juan has been with us since 2009. He has done every job imaginable in the kitchen. He is the man responsible for some of your favorite dishes! His wealth of knowledge and experience has been instrumental in keeping the Café around these many years!

They have many changes in mind and can't wait to see what they accomplish!
