The boring yet necessary part of roasting coffee. Sorting and organizing human sized bags of coffee. 😅 each bag weighs between 132-152 pounds. We need to know what’s what and organize them so we know here to find it later. Not very easy when you’re doing it by yourself. Filling bags into bins, we have to get creative when only one of us is working.
