Two cakes, one birthday! These cakes are to celebrate Chloe’s birthday. Mom has cake toppers for each in Cinderella theming. One is a three layer 8” white cake with raspberry compote filling with white buttercream. One is a two layer 10” chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling and white outer shell. One is piped in different colors and design and one has hand make fondant bows.

If you have a kiddo in your life, chances are you know how much squishies have taken over the kid world.
My daughter Vivian is a Squishy Connoisseur so it was a no brainer what our theme would be this weekend for her 8th birthday!
For her outdoor friend party, we had squishy cakesicles, squishy royal icing cookies and dumpling mini cupcakes!
For her family party we had an 8” two layer funfetti dumpling cake! The dumpling was made from cake pop dough covered in fondant. The case is cake covered in buttercream. We also had squishy cupcakes, squishy cookies and a homemade #8 ice cream cake: coffee Oreo, hot fudge, chocolate and crushed Oreos!
Happy 8th Birthday Vivian, your birthday treats will always be my favorite to make.
