Just wrapped up a busy week with Hand + Heart Gluten Free at the Wicked Gluten Free in Fitchburg, MA. Another amazing event by Wicked Gluten-Free Team. Thank you to all who waited in line to sample and purchased our treats. We had a gentleman who waited for a little over an hour. It was so nice to hear him say that it was well worth the wait. And he made friends while waiting! We felt the love 💕

We saw many of our cafe regulars at the expo and also met many amazing friends like Oliver the gluten sniffer, Felim Meade with his amazingly designed merch, Liz Liz 💚 | Yeet That Wheat | Celiac and GI Advocacy & Health Equity always a pleasure to see you friend and no gluten gabby and Sarah such a pleasure to finally meet you lovelies.

It’s always such a joy to be surrounded by the gluten free community.

I couldn’t be more proud of the Sweets & Co. team’s hard work and dedication in prepping and baking for this Expo.

Special thanks to Lexi, our fearless leader for holding down the cafe while half the team were at the expo.

I am continued to be humbled by the way each one of you shows up for us. Thank you all so much for your continued support for this dream! Now time to take rest day. See you all Tuesday!

Sweet Memories 💕

Addie & Mallory are off to begin their first year of college, and Zach is heading into his second year! They have brought us so much joy, laughter, and wonderful memories this past season.

We’re so excited to send them off with great vibes and an amazing experience as they begin this exciting new chapter.

They will surely be missed around Sweets & Co., but we can’t wait to hear all about their college adventures and experiences!

Here’s to new beginnings, unforgettable memories, and an amazing journey ahead!
