Hi all! 8 am to noon tomorrow! Storm Lake Farmers Market! Be there! Lots of stuff so fresh you have to slap it before you eat it! Lolol 🤣🤣🤣🤣

The Num Num Shoppe WILL be there in a mini version of our pink tent with all sorts of goodies! Sourdough bread, fresh chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies and sugar cookies piped in your favorite color tractors as well as freeze dried candy and our famous popcorn!

Come and get it Y'all!

So, Angel's is headed to the Storm Lake Farmers Market this afternoon!

The Farmers market will be open from 4 to 6 and there will be LOTS of good stuff there!

McKenna made a lot of Jalapeño Cheddar bread, as well as Cinnamon Swirl and more!

Alexis made 50 tractor cookies that REALLY came out great!

I made chocolate chip cookies and still have about a dozen peanut butter cookies that I made yesterday along with a BUNCH of freeze dried candies including peanut brittle, Skiddadles, Chewsters and more!

We will also be at the Market every Saturday 9 till noon, and we will be taking orders for special delivery items including pies and cinnamon rolls. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for special orders.

We look forward to seeing you at the Storm Lake Farmers Market later today!

UPDATE!!!!!!! Angel's WILL NOT BE HEADED TO THE THRESHERMAN'S. WE WERE MISLED AND NOW CANNOT SELL ANY OF OUR ITEMS EXCEPT JAMS AND JELLIES.

ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING BUT WE WILL DO WITHOUT THEM!

THEY "THINK" THEY ARE BEING "FAIR" BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE MY VENDOR FEES OF $100 BACK. WHAT ABOUT MY TIME, MY INGREDIENTS AND MY PACKAGING OF ALL MY PRODUCTS THAT I MAY OR MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SELL? HOW IS IT FAIR THAT THEY LET THIS GO TILL THE DAY OF SET UP, CHANGE THINGS ON ME AND NOW I MAY LOSE ALL THE BREAD THAT MY FRIEND BAKED AND I HAVE PAID FOR AS WELL AS THE HANDPIPED COOKIES ANOTHER FRIEND MADE FIR ME AND I PAID FOR, AND ALL THE BAKED GOODS I PERSONALLY MADE? FAIR????????

This critter is right next to me. Pretty cool he carries his own head rest.! Lolol. Not sure if you can see it, but he was resting his head on the tip of his horn. I tried to get a picture but he moved before I could get a better one

Last day of the 2026 Sac County Fair folks! 😢 It's now August in Iowa!

Today is the Vendor Fair at the Fair! Stop by and see everything and everyone. Its a beautiful morning and looks to be much warmer AND drier than yesterday. Its the perfect day for a stroll through the fair and picking up some food and treats!

We have freeze dried candy, great handpiped cookies, chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies, theatre popcorn, Tomato-Basil sourdough bread, and many flavors of our Amish Jams and Jellies!

Something for everyone! Stop on out to the bright pink tent and say hello!

I am just soooo pleased. I got my big pink tent, with the 4 sides so I could zip it closed for security at night.

That's only one part of the happiness of having this tent. Today, at the Sac County Fair, lots of rain, lots of cold, lots of high wind. Very few customers, but a GGRREEAATT test for my bright pink tent!

Thanks to reading other folks' experience with canopy tents, I knew to weight it down heavily! I have 2 cement blocks tied to each corner, and because of having 4 walls, I am staying nice and dry through this entire storm.

This tent has exceeded my expectations! I am so pleased with this purchase!

I also have a rechargeable ceiling fan and light; the light will come in handy in another hour or so.

A friend brought me a jacket, thanks Jean! I'm able to stay and see this through.

Ill be here till 8 tonight. Hopefully the worst will be over by then and I will be stopping by the store to make more candy for tomorrow!

Getting a new sign for the new tent! What do you think? Look closely at the Angel's heart! This Angel just happens to be a pin that my wonderful hubby had made into a charm and is going to buy a special chain for it and i will be wearing it as a necklace!

Lots of you don't know the story behind why I'm called Angel. I had a sister named Genene. She was 17 years older than me, but she was the closest of my 3 siblings in age. She helped raise me as my dad passed away when I was 7. She gave up college to stay home and take care of me so my mom could work and take care of all 3 of us.

My sister called me her little Angel, and the nickname stuck. My sister passed several years ago, but my nickname echos over the years in the voice of my sissy, and I have kept it in her honor. Love you Sissy. Thanks for everything.

Look at my very bright pink tent that will be making its appearance at the Sac County Fair this week! But instead of a ladder, all my cookies, Amish Jams and Jellies, Freeze Dried Candy, sourdough bread, handpiped cookies and our famous theatre popcorn will all be inside! Come on in the pink tent and see me there!

Angel's will be closed tomorrow, Friday, July 24, 2026 to attend a doctor's appointment out of state. We will be back late in the day, so we won't be here, BUT, we look forward to seeing everyone at the Sac County Fair next week! Look for the PINK tent! We'll be there all week! Stop in and see us!
