Hillsboro! We’re coming back and we’re so excited. Y’all are always so good to us, and we have a blast serving you. You have a huge piece of my heart. I have a boatload of potatoes scrubbed, wrapped, and ready to bake for lunch tomorrow. We will be in the Shoe Sensation parking lot, right off of Harry Sauner. (Next to Lowe’s) we are serving lunch from 11 until 2 PM. Come and get a big loaded potato before you shop.

Thank you, vitu, and all who came out to support us today. You sold us out! We can’t wait to come back. Friday, we will be at ATI for lunch until 2. (Wilmington air park) Saturday, we’re in Hillsboro at Shoe Sensation from 11-2!

Come and see us at Vitu- 3268 Progress Way, Wilmington. (Building 12) pull straight back and you can’t miss us. We are open until 2 with Shields Wicked Deep Fried Confections. There is a tent where you can wait for your food to finish if it rains.

Well, that was quick! We are now going home with just a little bit of pulled pork and a few potatoes. (I’m going to morph those into potato salad for the weekend) Thank you all for showing up in that last hour. We hope each and every one of you enjoy your Memorial Day weekend, but also remember what the holiday is truly about. Freedom isn’t free.

Today only!! Between 1-2 pm, all specialty potatoes are $10. I cooked too much, and I don’t want to bring all this food back home. I can pack it up so you can reheat for dinner as well! Offer stands until everything is sold out. We’re set up at Wilmington Walmart parking lot with Cupful of Grace Coffee !

Tomorrow! We will be set up at Walmart in Wilmington with Cupful of Grace Coffee for lunch. Come and get some delicious food while you’re out shopping for Memorial Day weekend. Also, it’ll be our first day operating with our new POS system, so hopefully everything will be much smoother from now on. Online ordering is coming next! We are so officially official 😂
