Hey everyone, as some of you may know, the Willows has been on the market for several months now. As of the beginning of this month, Chef James has decided that it is in his best interest as a Chef of his Quality and Experience to discontinue his employment there. Though short, it has been an overall good experience for him, and he has seen the star rating of the Willows rise from 2.3 when he began in late 2018 to 4.7 at the beginning of this month when he ended his employment. We apologize to anyone who patronized the Willows (hoping for one of his specials and his standard of dining excellence) for not posting an update on this change earlier. Stay tuned for news of good things to come!

Hey everyone, Chef James and I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have shown us and our family such outstanding love, support and encouragement at Chef's Table. It is with great sadness that we announce that at this time Chef James has chosen to go full time and accepted a kitchen manager position at the Willows, so we are regrettfully suspending lunch service with Chef's Table. It has been an honor to serve all of you thus far and we will continue to offer catering to serve your personal and professional dining needs. It has been a great honor and privilege to share James culinary Talent with this region and our community and bring a deeper, broader appreciation of food , Culture, and culinary diversity that I can safely say has been unprecedented in much of Kansas and the Midwest still to this day. We hope that you will consider the Willows in Seneca for your evening dining needs and will continue to seek out and support local quality products and services and family owned businesses in our community for they are its lifeblood, health and potential for strength and growth from within.
