At Saigon Table, founder Lynn Lee brings her love for the flavors of authentic Vietnamese food. All the dishes are made from the freshest ingredients possible along with homemade sauces, marinades and broths that are simmered for hours. All the herbs and veggies are cut by hand to a particular size to enhance each dish. Owning Saigon Table is one of Lynn's greatest joys after her two children. She enjoys welcoming all guests and making sure everyone feels at home around Saigon Table.

Delicious pho, made in house bone broth- bone marrows, knuckles and ox tail, charred onion & ginger then the real spices added to the last 2 hours. Simmered at least 8 hours! It is a 2 day step preparation.
