Our Chicken Parm topped with Eggplant Parm, all tucked into a parmesan-crusted roll. Because apparently one cutlet just wasn’t enough. 😉

🌶️ The Hot Chick — $15
Our Hot Italian loaded up with buffalo chicken cutlet and finished with a drizzle of ranch. Spicy, crispy, cheesy, and seriously good.

This Week’s Special: Slow-Cooked Ragù & Rigatoni

Ragù is a classic Italian meat sauce, traditionally made by slowly cooking meat and vegetables until the sauce becomes rich, hearty, and deeply flavorful. The name became especially well known in America through the RAGÚ brand, which began as a family sauce recipe and grew from a home kitchen into a household name.

This week, we’re putting our own spin on it. We sear top loin and slow-cook it in a tomato, red wine, and vegetable broth sauce until the beef falls apart, filling the sauce with tender, shredded beef. We finish it with a little cream and Romano and toss it with rigatoni for one seriously delicious meal.

It’s a beautiful Sunday morning! ☀️

Feels like a pretty good day to get out and enjoy Rutland — maybe a hike at Pine Hill Park, a walk downtown, the sculpture trail, or a ride on the bike trail.

Then, once you’ve worked up a good appetite, come see us for some killer spaghetti and meatballs. Just a thought. 😉
