🚨 SMASH’D Update 🚨

We want to give you the best burger truck experience possible, and that means taking a little extra time to get it right. Austin has been fine-tuning the truck layout, and after some last-minute changes we had to rearrange the kitchen.

We are not just building a single food truck. We are building the foundation for a SMASH’D franchise that will set the standard for fresh, fast, affordable smashburgers. Our goal is simple: the best burgers, the best prices, served fresh and fast.

Even moving the grill and fryers to save five seconds per order adds up to faster service and happier customers.

Thank you for being patient with us. We are running a couple of weeks behind, but we promise it will be worth the wait. 🍔🔥

🍔 SMASH’D DEBATE TIME 🍔
We’ve got a very serious internal debate happening right now...
What goes on the bun first, meat or veggies?

Here are the two camps:

Option 1:
Lettuce → Tomato → Meat → Cheese → Meat → Cheese → Pickles → Ketchup → Mustard → Mayo

Option 2:
Meat → Cheese → Meat → Cheese → Lettuce → Tomato → Ketchup → Mustard → Mayo → Pickles

We’re completely split, and since the customer is always right (Unless you say “wrap it in lettuce” we get it, you’re on keto. This debate isn’t for you… but don’t worry, we’ve got you. We’ll wrap your smashburger in lettuce and donate the tasty brioche bun to the ducks.), we’re putting it to you:

What’s the correct order for a smashburger?
Veggies first or meat first?
And why?

Drop your answer in the comments and settle this for us, before someone here starts stacking things upside down out of spite.

A fun evening with the guys from FOCUS Digital Marketing as they joined us for dinner! 🍕✨ The highlight was Trevor's daughter, Liz, wanted to learn the art of pizza making, and Austin was more than happy to share his expertise on how to toss a pizza. It was a memorable and fun-filled moment for everyone. Cheers to Liz's new pizza skills!
