Lost River Creamery We are finally beginning the cheese making process here at Lost River Creamery! Eventually, we hope to branch out to include cheddar and blue.

It's been a long road getting here, but we hope to have a product to sell in 60-90 days. We will begin with a handmade gouda, followed by different variations of the gouda. Our cheeses will be aged in a climate controlled cave, and we will let you know as soon as they are available to sample.
