Every Tuesday we bring back the flavor. Our 1000 gallon offset pits are completely wood fired, bringing BBQ taste you’d think is straight out of Texas.

🪵 We use Post Oak Wood in our pits - it burns slow and even, keeping our quality precision focused! We also use 16 mesh black pepper. Thicker cut than table pepper, it helps attract in more smoke & air for an improved bark.
