🍂 New Ways to Usher in Fall 🍂

Celebrate the return of the cooler months with a bowl of Brisket Chili or a side of Frito Chili Pie! 😱 some legends say the Frito Chili Pie originated in Texas in ‘49. Others claim it’s from New Mexico in the 60’s. WE claim to do it West Russellville style since 2017.

🔥 Brisket Chili is made in a single batch every week with trimmings…so once it’s gone, it’s gone until a new week begins!
🔥 Frito Chili Pie is available for $10, with choice of cheese, Fritos, Sour Cream, Pickled Jalapeños and Green Onion.

So come grab some while ya can! 11AM - 8PM

Some items take over 6 hours to slowly smoke over our real wood flames, with 1,000 gallon smokers putting in the heavy work 👏🏼 it’s quality you can taste in every bite, just waiting for you to experience it.

Tuesday means our Chicken Thighs return! Carefully coated, these thighs offer tender, juicy flavor that you can definitely write home to mama about. Doors here in Russellville open up at 11AM! See you soon.

FriYAY returns! When’s the last time you tried one of our house made sausages!? We think today’s a great day to add em to your plate.

We’ve got two amazing options for you: our “original” house made sausage with our signature blend of seasonings…and the ever popular Jalapeño Cheddar sausages for those seeking a little extra spice.

They go amazing with some Direct Heat Pork Steaks! We take our time with these ones, layering in that BBQ to ensure every bite is packed with flavor. Doors? Open at 11AM! See you soon Russellville 🔥
