Good day, good people! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, as did I! Now, to business!

It appears that one of our very own has suffered through a less than stellar ribs experience, one that I take the blame for. No, they weren’t mine, but I should have been there to prevent such a thing from happening! With that being said, and with the young lady’s birthday coming up, I’ll be preparing her favorite babybacks Wednesday! Of course my wife has volunteered to accept a slab herself (such a trooper!)! Seeing how that leaves quite a bit of room in my smoker, I’m reaching out to anyone who would consider a Midweek Meatdown! $25 for a slab of oak smoked and cherry wood finished babybacks! I’ll be texting you TasteBuds directly, as some of you always demand a side or two!
