Also available is our Hot Honeys, Jalapeño and Serrano and Habanero. We often have flavored Creamed Honeys too. We make and change those flavors according to what fruit is in season.

Bill and I are considering adding a new product to our sales list. It's called Fermented Honey and Garlic. It's not actually fermented. More infused. This has a lot of health benefits as seen below.

We will probably start with 2-3 pint jars to see how well it sells. We may eventually offer quart jars too.

It takes 3-4 weeks to make properly. We can't afford to do this until the beginning of October so it won't be available until the beginning of November.

Pricing will be set at the time that it becomes available.

A friend took Bill to the corner today. We appreciate it! He may not be fully set up by 9am but can still sell. He does have 5 of the 2 pound bottles available. A customer came Satirday and bought all of the pint jars with honey in. NOT the ones with comb. We still have those.

I was afraid that we would have to shut down due to issues I'm having getting Bill to the corner to sell. We have help this week and I'm improving. We are good. Don't worry.

Bill will be getting to the corner a bit later than normal so may not be set up completely by 9am. He will definitely be there before that though.

Thank you to all that showed up and bought today. Bill had a bad day with his sight. We appreciate your patience. We hope this isn't permanent. Though eventually it will be.

Things are changing with me also. This could affect Bill's schedule. Hopefully not.

He is going to talk with a friend about the possibility of him taking Bill to the corner on Sundays. Fingers crossed! If not, I'll let you know.

Happy Wednesday everyone. I (Carol) need guidance. I'm turning 65 in March. In December I need to choose my Medicare plan. I have no idea what I'm doing so want to research now.

Any recommendations for plans, companies and/or local doctors? There is one doctor I know I don't want to use though he is popular in my area. Or at least was popular. I won't name him here.

I do want to have Tampa General Hospital in my network. Also HCA South Shore if possible.

Anyway, any advice you can give me would be deeply appreciated. I will continue to try to Google information also.
