Custom orders are booked on a first come, first serve basis. To secure your date, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required with remaining payment to be paid 2 weeks prior to your date. If remaining bal

ance is not paid, we have the right to cancel your order. We will be in touch prior to the order date in hopes to avoid this. In the event you reschedule your order, your deposit can be used toward the future order. If the cancellation is on my end, you will receive a full refund. As a Texas Cottage Law Baker, cookies are baked in my home. My home is not gluten, nut, or dairy free. We are not responsible for any breakage or accidents once the products leave our hands. Once themes have been decided, changes are unable to be made. Many times, custom cutters and supplies are ordered to accomplish the requested set.
