We’d like to invite the community to an open house at Norsland Lefse on Thursday, April 30 from 10:00 a.m. to noon.
This will also be the last day for coffee and bakery service in the café. Going forward, we’ll continue operating as a retail store, and we’ll be focusing more of our space and team capacity for lefse, Kringla, Uffda Chips, and production.
This was not an easy decision. We know the café has meant a lot to people in Rushford, and we are grateful for everyone who has stopped in, had coffee, shared a meal, or supported us along the way.
At the same time, we believe focusing on production and retail gives Norsland Lefse the strongest path forward. We’ve made meaningful upgrades to our lefse production line, and we’re excited about the Kringla we’re making and what's ahead.

• Tour our updated lefse production line
• Try samples
• Buy lefse, Uffda Chips, and Kringla to take home
