A subtly sweet lavender, orange and vanilla-infused black tea stained with steamed milk defines our take on a London Fog. And if you like your fog dirty (with espresso,) we’ll make it a London Smog.

We occasionally hear the question “What’s Matcha?”

Matcha is a Japanese presentation of green tea made by drying and finely powdering high quality green tea leaves. Traditionally, matcha is served by whisking into hot water to make a small but very strong cup of tea. It can also be used in a variety of lattes and as an ingredient in baking.

Examples of our matcha products include a mug of plain matcha, an iced strawberry matcha latte, and our Matcha Raspberry Scone.

Meet Jack, our weekend Barista. Jack’s favorite lunch is a Steak, Egg and American Cheese Biscuit Sandwich with a mug of Strawberry Lavender Lemonade, and often a Chocolate Chip Scone for dessert. (He’s also a little obsessed with the cream cheese frosting most often seen on our Monkey Bread.)
