A 72 year Tradition on Beautiful Lake Ouachita. Brady Mountain was created in 1954 on Lake Ouachita. The Restaurant was established in 1955, in 2025 we will be celebrating our 70th year in serving the Greater Garland Cnty Area. Also in 2025, we are rebuilding a new Restaurant, Bar, and Event Center. Until the join us at our Grill on Wheels this October 2024 - May 2025 located at 472 Adam Brown Rd. We will go back to Lake Ouachita May 2025 to serve you as we have since 1955.

Our Crew is getting some rest this week but they will be back at it starting September 23rd.
Wednesdays 11-4
Thursdays- Saturdays 11-7
Closed Sundays - Tuesdays

We will be at the Lake:
4120 Brady Mtn Rd
All Fall into the Winter and then we will move into our Brick n Mortar starting in February and getting ready for Spring Time 2027!!!

Adrian, Raina, Eric, & David are looking forward to seeing you all again, starting 9/23 at 11am!!

Our Burger Chef? Well he won’t be back in the Grill on Wheels until 9/25. He’s been working behind the scenes this week then going on a much needed Vacation starting 9/20.

AGAIN, THIS SCHEDULE STARTS SEPTEMBER 23rd! WE ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 23rd!

We will have weekly Soup Specials (if it ever cools off to do so).
We will have weekly Specials too.

We will continue to Deliver to the Docks and Cabins at Brady Mtn.
We will continue this schedule and menu until about February/ March 2027 when our New Restaurant will open. Then the Food Trucks will go away and we will be back to being a Restaurant with a Bar.

This past Saturday we celebrated with the Battle of the Docks Winners, J-Dock with the Victory for the second consecutive Summer
Congratulations J-Dock! Thank you for participating all Summer Long!

Thank you to Jim Tucker & John w/ Facilities for smoking the pork butts! Thank you Angie for preparing the fruit & Melon table as well as decorating! Thank you Monica & Rae for decorating, coordinating, and all the hard work! Thank you Kenny, Cody, and facilities for helping set up and tear down!

Thank you Grill Crew for preparing all the amazing food: Huli Huli Chicken, Hawaiian Pasta Salad, Island Baked Beans, Hawaiian Coleslaw, Grilled Shrimp Skewers, and final preparations on the pulled pork (island style).

Reminder that the Grill on Wheels will be closed until 9/23. We will open on 9/23 to start our Fall Season and Fall Menu at the Lake!
