In celebration of , we are proud to spotlight Sysco Customer, Chelas Mexican Food & Bar.

For nearly 24 years, Celia Martinez (aka Chela) has been the proud owner and founder of the business. What started with a food truck years ago has since blossomed into 2 food trucks and a restaurant in Royal Palm Beach, FL, that just celebrated its 1st anniversary!

"I am proud to be a Hispanic single mom making a difference in our community," says Celia. "Our goal is to provide our clients the best quality Mexican food, give them excellent attention, and grow as a company to generate more jobs. I chose to name my restaurant and trucks with my nickname so I can leave our family's restaurant to my sons in my honor."
