At The Office Coffee Shop, we’re all about three things: coffee, coworking, and community. When we opened our doors in downtown Royal Oak, we wanted to design a functional space that would allow us to give back to multiple charities every month. So, we set out to create a business hub where professionals across industries could grab some Michigan-roasted coffee, hold a meeting, print and scan, and

put in a full day’s work. It’s a vibrant and comfortable environment built for productivity -- a place where small businesses collaborate and thrive while giving back to those who need it.

What began as a simple idea…coffee, coworking, and giving back…grew into something far bigger than we ever imagined. And that’s because of you.

To our regulars: you weren’t just customers. You were the familiar faces, the standing orders, the morning hellos, the long meetings, study sessions, celebrations, and quiet moments in between. You showed up day after day and turned this space into home.

To our team, past and present, thank you for the care, heart, and energy you poured into this place. The Office was what it was because of you.
And to everyone across Royal Oak and Metro Detroit who walked through our doors, shared a conversation, or built something meaningful here, thank you. Truly!

We’re so grateful for the last 11 years, and we’d love to celebrate this final chapter with you.
