I have lovely news to share: Starting tomorrow at Claddagh Chiropractic Wellness Center in Ferndale, the crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, etc, will be coming with me to work for private sound healing sessions in one of the massage therapy rooms.

Availability will start off on Thursday afternoons for the next couple weeks and then shift to Tuesdays & Fridays. 🥰

This is for you If you want to:
-strengthen your ability to truly relax
-effortlessly start or strengthen an existing meditation practice
-give your body and mind an opportunity to self-heal

I work at Claddagh Chiropractic and we're having a wellness fair today. I'll be seated in the waiting room with crystal singing bowls for anyone who wants to sit for sound meditation. Feel free to stop in if you're free. There'll be plenty of demos.
