Whipped Bakery is a residential bakery in Littleton, CO, specializing in wedding cakes, birthday cakes, decorated sugar cookies, cupcakes, brownies, breads, & more. Trading in her career as an editor, Emily opened Whipped Bakery in February 2013 with her then business partner, Evette, and has provided Denver-ites with quality bakery goods ever since. Specializing in custom-decorated sugar cookies,
custom cakes, cupcakes, brownies, breads/pastries, pies, and more, Whipped is your one-stop shop for all things delicious. With a belief that you should get treats that both look and taste amazing, Whipped Bakery has grown exponentially. Emily, a Colorado native, has spent years mastering the intricacies of baking at high altitude. She has long since grown out of box mixes and prefers to make anything and everything from scratch. She has a firm belief that crunchy cookies and dry cakes are gross and you should get something that looks beautiful and tastes amazing. While she started this endeavor mainly focused on the baking side, she has come to love decorating both cakes and cookies. Happy to stick with the classics as well as try new techniques ("painting" flowers with buttercream and palette knives is a new skill in late 2020), she's confident her continuing education will delight customers and wow your friends and family. When she's not doing the many jobs of Whipped Bakery (decorating, baking, emails, taking and editing photos, updating the website, and all of the other tasks involved with running your own business), she spends as much time as possible with her husband, young son, and parents (who live a block away, which is way more awesome than it sounds). Like most of us, she's constantly searching for that perfect work-life balance, and in her downtime she enjoys playing outside with her five-year-old, reading, watching football, doing Pure Barre classes, and relaxing. Unfortunately in 2015, Evette had to leave the business when her family relocated. Whipped Bakery still operates under the same high standards as it did from opening day, with a focus on stellar customer service as well as providing quality custom bakery goods that look and taste amazing (yes, we are going to say that three times on this page because we believe it is that important).
