Sooo, we be reopening on Mondays starting on the 14th of September. Will remain closed on Tuesdays. Who doesnt want pizza for Monday nite football!!!!

Sooo , will keep posting this so folks arent disappointed when they arrive snd we are closed. We are closed Monday and Tuesday for the remainder of July and all of August. We appreciate all the support and thank you.

Sooo, in a never ending pursuit to insure the best we can do , i have decided to start our summer hours beginning next week. We will be closed on Monday and Tuesday starting the 27th of July thru all of August. Been going
strong &hard, need to recharge and be focused on five days of being the best we can be.thank you for all that you do

Sooo , we struggled tonight and im sure we pi**ed some people off. Using unbromated dough is a new and complex affort. We solved some issues but had a batch of dough that just wasnt cooperating. That threw a wrench into the timing and im sure upset some. . Solved a procedure issue and tomorrow will be right back at it. If you had issues tonight just call me at the restaurant i will make it right. Thx Mitch

Sooo unbromated flour will be delivered today!!!! By wednesday we will be only using unbromated flour for our pizzas. This will not affect our crust. Simply make it a healthier choice. Also mortadella will be in today so an authentic Muffulatta has mortadella in it but we make to order so can be omitted. See ya soon….
