Perk N Jerk is now accepting deer and elk meat to be processed into jerky. All meat must be ready to drop into marinade. We will not be cutting up any meat. Meat must also be accompanied with a carcass tag or certificate of ownership. Processing fee will be $25 a pound for finished product and will include base marinade, there will be an additional $3 charge per pound for any spices. Minimum order is 5 pounds. Remember it takes about 3 lbs of meat to make 1 lb of jerky. 5 lb order will require 15 lbs of meat. I personally cut all my meat into 3/16” thick. Perk N Jerk also reserves the right to refuse service based on above criteria and also quality of meat. Please call for drop off times. 575-910-2602
