I would like to take a minute to ask you all to try the Roadrunner Cafe, a new food truck here in Roswell. Chef Eleverto Fresquez is a good friend of mine and I can tell you his skill level and passion are unmatched in our area. The salads are fresh, well dressed and perfectly balanced. The Surf Sammy tasted like a bite of the southwest. The pork belly on the burgers is awesome. Much love to you EJ and thank you for practicing your craft here I. Roswell!
