Tuesday Shoutout 🌳👏

Today’s employee spotlight hits a little differently.

While parking a vehicle on a hot day, Dylan Czerniak heard an unusual noise coming from the back. Instead of brushing it off, he stopped, checked, and discovered a young child had accidentally been left inside.

Dylan acted immediately, safely getting the child out and reuniting him with his family. His awareness and quick response helped prevent what could have become a tragedy.

At 12 Oaks Parking, we talk a lot about attention to detail, guest care, and doing the right thing. Dylan showed exactly what that looks like when it matters most.

👏 Tuesday shoutout to Dylan for staying alert, trusting his instincts, and going above and beyond.
