Happy New Years, I hope everyone has a blessed one with all your love ones. I will be making some Birria plates tomorrow to start the year. I will have limited plates so if anyone wants any please let me know so I can put you down. Orders will be ready by 12:30!

It breaks my heart to say this, but my family and I have made the difficult decision to sell Vero’s Place. As many of you know, I’ve been helping take care of my mom, and with her health getting worse and the cost of everything rising, it’s just become too hard for me to keep the business going.

The bills keep piling up, and even though I love what I do — and especially love all of my amazing customers who’ve supported me through it all — my mom’s care has to come first.

This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but I know it’s what’s right for my family right now.

If anyone is looking for a good truck to start their own business, please reach out — it’s ready for someone to take over and continue something special.

Thank you all for the love, support, and memories over the years. I’ll never forget them. ❤️

A Message from Vero’s Place 💔

I want to start by saying how truly sorry I am that Vero’s Place hasn’t been open for a while. Between the rising cost of food and the struggle of finding help, it’s just become too much for me to keep the doors open regularly. This is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do, because I absolutely love what I do and I love all of you—my amazing customers—who have supported me through it all.

For now, I’ve decided that I’ll only be doing events and special occasions. I’m also thinking of making birria once or twice a month if that’s something you’d all enjoy! 🌮✨

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the love, patience, and support. I hate that it’s come to this, but I simply can’t afford to keep things going the way they were.
