This week we raise a glass to Rita — the heart and matriarch of the Grotto family.
If you were lucky enough to know her, you know she never let a conversation stay short. She had a million stories, an unforgettable laugh, endless warmth, and a way of making everyone feel like family. Her presence filled every room, every table, and every gathering.
Thank you to the Garufi family for sharing her with all of us over the years. Her spirit, laughter, and love will always be part of Grotto.
