The Angry Ginger. Gingerfied bread, tri-tip, bbq, bacon, pepper jack, topped with brisket, bbq, bacon, pepper jack, house slaw and kickin sauce. I put this sandwich up against any of your favorite local places. Not cocky just confident.

First i want to thank everyone for the support and giving us a try and i love how valentines day special brought old customers, and new customers and the fact thatat many if you get the humor in me

Here at timmy gingers we take pride in what we do using the freshest produce that is cut every day (no vacuum sealed pre cut produce bags like the other sandwich shops in the area) , meats and cheeses that are 100% natural with no added preservatives (unlike all the sandwich shops in the area) no extra charges for tomatoes, pickles, peppers and etc (like some shops around us) and the fact you actually get meat on your sandwich in average most shops put 31/2 to 4oz of meat all our sandwiches are at least 5oz with some more then that

Yes some people hate us and want to talk about the past and not the growth one can make, they’ll preach to give one of there favorite spots, or friends spot a second chance telling them “oh they just had a bad day you should give them another try” but when it comes to the red headed step child over here im just givin the finger

So if you never tried us don’t let the peanut gallery make decisions for you come give us a try and make your own decisions

People ask me about that Yelp list that was put out as restaurant owners we don’t pay attention to that because its a list claiming these top restaurants but then there is not one michelan star restaurant or chef listed as we all know those are the top places to eat, but we know that list goes off how many times you were reviewed that year, they take that average, and how many restaurants hit that mark then break it down by reviews and what these places do is ask, give something to the customer for free it you check in and review them almost like stuffing the ballet
I can honestly say that all my reviews are organic, never asked for and if you read them we’d have a perfect 5 star but s**t happens and the owner at times has a bad day and then the Karen’s judge and they through the 1 star review out like crack just talking about me but will always say how good the sandwich is
Look for our anniversary party coming in April it’s going to be a day of 1/2 off sandwiches, DJ and if my landlord lets me a freaking petting zoo, and grown up bounce house

Tomorrow from 3pm to close the anti valentines special 1/2 off all sandwiches why most of yoy will over pay for flowers, chocolate, fancy dinner in hopes of getting lucky when its not your birthday or anniversary (i was married once i know how it is) us singles will eat are feelings away but then again be happy knowing that no crazy will destroy our peace and most likey hit up tinder on the late night in hopes of finding someone who dosent care like you or we open our wallets and pay for it
