🍜 We’ve been working on something new for our pho!

We’ve tested a lot of different rice noodles because we wanted something with a better bite, more elasticity, soft and noodles that don’t BREAK apart or get mushy when you dine in at our restaurant or bring your leftovers home.

We finally found a manufacturer willing to work with us to get the noodles just right.

It took a lot of testing, but we think you’ll taste the difference. Come try it and let us know what you think! ❤️🍜

First time trying Stone Pho and it did NOT disappoint! 🔥

Top tier pho forsure. Might be one our to to spots until someone can recommend something better!

Pho was very beefy and subtle on the spices/aromatics. Specifically the Stone pot pho, they load you up with meat. Noodles were thicc er almost like pad thai noods which were great texture and a different experience.

I'd pass on the Stone pot gimmick again and just get a regular bowl of pho but it was a great first time experience.

Sizzling Steak & Eggs Bò Né was 🔥🔥 Tender, flavorful meat. The Vietnamese butter 🔥. All together was a perfect bite. Wouldn't recommend letting it sit too long since it comes on a hot plate and continues to cook.

Service was attentive and food came out FAST. I need to cop me up one of them aprons too.
