Aji Izakaya We’re bringing Izakaya-style dining to Rosenberg one small plate at a time. Stop in during lunch or dinner for a drink, a snack, or both!

Drinks and small plates -- when combined, the whole is certainly even greater than the sum of its parts. That, in essence, is what Japanese Izakaya-style dining is all about. Similar to Spanish tapas or Italian aperitivo, the Izakaya way is all about affordable appetizers that are eaten alongside your favorite alcoholic beverages. When our owner, Myra Ma, couldn’t find a place to indulge in this way of eating in her hometown, she opened a spot in Rosenberg herself, and Aji Izakaya was born. Here, we’re known for our expertly prepared sushi rolls, kimchi fries, Robata skewers, ramen, and more. Bring a date, bring your family, or stroll in yourself for a lively meal you won’t soon forget.
