The classic American steakhouse serves Gibsons Prime Angus Beef and Gibsons Grassfed Australian Beef. Gibsons Prime Angus is sourced from a carefully selected list of producers in the upper Midwest, corn-fed for up to 120 days and aged for a minimum of 40 days. Gibsons Grassfed Australian Beef is sourced from the top 5% of all grass-fed cattle produced in Australia in terms of marbling, flavor and animal welfare. Gibsons also features fresh fish, classic cocktails, an extensive w**e list and exceptional service. Celebrities, Chicago visitors and loyal neighborhood residents enjoy three distinct locations: Chicago, Rosemont and Oak Brook. The Rosemont location is situated in the heart of Chicagoland’s bustling Rosemont area, a stone’s throw from the Donald E. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily.
