Clarita's Pizzeria Chef Chris Salazar's culinary creations are the product of 28 years experience with a variety of foods in Chicago, Mass., New York, MD, and New Jersey.

Established in 2016, Clarita's is the culmination of Chef Salazar's making pizza and popular local restaurant fare (in 5 different states) since 1988, starting out with a Villa Pizza franchisee of the Scotto family in Springfield, Massachusetts, then gaining experience in Chicago, New York, and Baltimore before settling down in NJ where, after building local experience in Warren, Middletown, and other locations in Monmouth and Middlesex Counties, he has opened his own culinary art business in the heart of Union County's historic town of Roselle, New Jersey. We specialize in PIZZA, Italian foods, Gyros, Wraps, Subs, Burgers, the FAT sandwiches made Famous at the Historic Grease Trucks by Rutgers U, New Brunswick, Cluck-U Wings, and Texas-style Fried Chicken.
