MEET our STAFF. 🫶This is Sage. She rounds out our cook crew. She's a wiz at the prep station. She takes a lot of pride in making sure we are stocked, veggies prepped, and equipment wiped down. She also has great customer service skills, being friendly, approachable and always so helpful. She's the type to jump right into helping someone with whatever they're working on. She learning her way around the grill and will be a seasoned pro in no time. Her commitment to the Diner's greater good in the community is very much valued and appreciated. We are grateful for her and all that she contributes. You guys, say Hello 👋 to Sage!

MEET our STAFF. 🫶 This is George. He holds an important spot in our cook's crew. George has come so far in his cook journey that he now has customers ask specifically when/if he's cooking. He's mastered the grill and his steaks are highly requested. He's persistent, strong willed, dependable, easy-going, and fun to be around. When he's not cooking, you might find him in the back, taking a break, lifting weights. 😆 (He really does have weights in the back.) We love and appreciate George and all that he contributes to our purpose in the community. He's a really great hard-working young man. When you see him, say HI 👋 and tell him how wonderful he is.

MEET our STAFF. 🫶 This is Camille. She's apart of our amazing wait staff. She's been with us since we first opened the doors. When she first got hired, she was so nervous because she had never waitressed before but now......she can run circles around anyone. She keeps the front organized, clean, & ready for business. She's friendly, dependable, approachable, positive and thorough, just to name some qualities. When she's not working, she has her "Regulars" asking when she's coming back to work. 😆 It's hard to imagine "The CREW" without her. We sure do adore our Camille. You guys, show Camille some love! 👋

MEET our STAFF. 🫶 This Is Morgan or "Mo" as some of you know. He's our Head Cook and the shot caller of the kitchen. He can make anything. ANYTHING?! Yes! Anything! When he's not at work cooking for the community, you can find him cooking for his family business as well. He has a great sense of creativity with food and it makes wanting to try new dishes exciting. He's a Go-To guy because he gets the job done one way or another. We are blessed to have him with all his expertise, leading our crew. He's patient, kind, hard-working, and pretty funny, just to name a few of his awesome qualities. We can always count on him. MEET our STAFF. 🫶 This is Wesley. He came to us from a completely different field of work but you wouldn't know it, the way he can cook. Hes always on time and his ability to catch on and keep up is quite impressive. He's said before he really loves to cook and it shows. He knows his way around the kitchen, and he has a unique taste which compliments the other cooks styles. Adding Wesley to our arsenal of cooks has been one of our best choices yet. MEET our STAFF. 🫶 This is Gary. He's our maintenance man & second in command. Not only does he keep up with the facility & grounds but he also doubles down as a cook, and boy can he get down on the grill. If you happen to come in when he's cooking, your guaranteed to get that "stick to your ribs" goodness. We can always count on him to step in when needed. He's a 'no non-sense' type of guy when he's in the kitchen but outside of that, hes laid back and as cool as a cucumber. Give him a fist bump 👊 when you see him. He's been keeping our building running since DAY 1! Say hello to Gary! 👋
