📣 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – PLEASE HELP US SPREAD THE WORD! 📣
As many of you know, Rosco’s Coney Island & Coffee is open 7 days a week, 12+ hours a day, serving our community from breakfast through dinner. We take great pride in the quality of our food, the cleanliness of our kitchen, and providing the best possible experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
Finding the “perfect” day to close is nearly impossible, but working with our vendors, we’ve scheduled a day dedicated to making Rosco’s even better.
🗓️ Tuesday, July 21st, we will be CLOSED.
On Monday evening and throughout Tuesday, we will be:
🧽 Giving our kitchen and equipment a much-needed deep cleaning.
🔧 Completing preventative maintenance and equipment adjustments.
📚 Investing in our team with staff training and education.
❤️ Giving our hardworking staff a well-deserved opportunity to recharge.
These behind-the-scenes days are essential to maintaining the standards you’ve come to expect from us, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
We will reopen Wednesday, July 22nd, and be back to our normal business hours, ready to serve you with fresh food, smiling faces, and an even better experience.
